Event Title:  Winter Solstice Celebration

Location:  Rastanyev Embassy in the Embassy District

Time:  8:00pm ET

Chain of Events:
-The evening will start with a formal religious procession
-The event will then leading into a celebration of the more
nature-oriented side of Rastanyev, focusing on more of the Paegan-type
rituals.

Needs:
-People to IC attend the event
-People to play roles of NPC vendors, craftsman, artisans and
entertainers... church folks, etc.
