New Admin and New Emperor

I'd like to take a moment formally congratulate the following players
as they step-up and join the Admin Team on DuneIII MUSH.

* Helena will be joining the CharGen and Building Spheres
* Maharet will be joining the CharGen, Landsraad and Building Spheres.

There are still several Admin seats open!!!  We're looking for folks
who have interest in the Econ and TP Spheres.  Please read 'OOCInfo
spheres' and the application on our webpage if you think you can fill
the roles.

ALSO!  We should not forget to welcome our new Emperor player. 
Everyone come out and meet him.  Set up some time to RP with the guy. 
He's great!
