Landsraad Congress Session Extraordinary

The Landsraad Congress will sit in a Session Extraordinary in the
hallowed curia of the Landsraad, on noon on Madai 9 naCorrim.

The Session is called by High Councilman Praxton Atreides, who will be
acting Chair. 

The regulation regarding quorum is hereby waived, as detailed in the
Landsraad Congress Laws of Procedure, Section IV, Article 22. Congress
shall sit, fully empowered, regardless of attendance.

The regulation regarding prior publication of agenda (Section II,
Article 71, LCLP) is hereby suspended for this Session Extraordinary. 

The special procedure for Emergency Sessions of Congress will be used,
with motions from the floor proposed unseconded and duly voted on by
show of hands, to be ratified in the next Session Ordinary. Order and
protocol will be observed and enforced in the strictest terms to
ensure a productive Session.

The Forms shall be obeyed.
